Description

House for An art lover is a spectacular building based on a design submitted by Scotland’s most famous architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh and never built at the time. However, using the original 1901 design the building construction was commenced in  the 1980s in Bellahouston Park narbti my home.  The trees and foreground in the painting I have completed in an Art Noveau /Deco style to compliment the building using a flat water based technique styles I have developed.

This is a stunning and high quality limited edition signed giclee print on artists archival 310gsm portrait velvet paper.

This beautiful framed print will add colour, presence and interest to any wall.

Available in three sizes :-

  • Extra Large image size is 450 mm square which gives a large framed size of 26" square

  • Large image size is 350 mm square which gives a medium framed size of 21" square

  • Small image size is 205 mm square which gives a framed size of 16"square

  •  Cello wrapped 'Mounted only' with backing board   to suit above the sizes

The print will be signed numbered and titled in 6b pencil along the bottom border of the image by artist.

** The mounted only sizes correspond to the framed sizes  so are are slightly smaller dimensions to allow for width of frame

Giclee prints are printed and inspected individually to suit the order. They use superior lightfast inks so they will retain their colour and vibrancy indefinately. They will never fade unlike normal cheaper mass produced prints which will fade out in a few short years.

My paintings have all been professionally photographed by a top Scottish 'artists photographer'  which produces a stunning  accurate image in terms of accuracy, colour and vibrancy of the giclee print,

Acrylic glass will be used in the framed large prints that are being shipped out. Its framing shop quality acrylic glass and not an inferior plastic glass .

The sizes in the images  are not scale and the frames  are all for display purposes only  to display the images . They are mock ups using similar  white and black frames from internet to show the artwork in a good light. My frames are superior i think.

All my printing,  framing , photography requirements and art materials are sourced locally.
